As we spiral towards the end of the year, planning may very well not be top of mind. But this is in fact the perfect time to be planning for the new year to ensure you are leading your team towards a successful year. 

Leaving it until the new year isn’t ideal, because the reality is by the time everyone is back from leave, school is back, and things are back to ‘normal’ – the likelihood is you won’t have your entire team back together again until mid-way through Q1.
