I believe in finding what your passionate about, however there is no getting away from having to do the 'Shit' we don't want to do sometimes!
This is why I believe that its important to be aware of your passions. Its one of my beliefs
How you apply yourself and work ethic is fuelled immensely by Passion, this is why its important.
Following your passion isn't being entitled by doing stuff we love to do, it isn't just doing the jobs we love either.....

''Be Grateful but Never Satisfied''
A term I live by and something that I believe in, being grateful for what you have and always striving to be more or be better.
However there is a fine line between being grateful and striving for more.
The thing is, if you are never grateful for your situation, what you have or the lessons you've learnt, and cannot embrace this, you will never chive more,
On the flip side, if you are just 'Grateful' all of the time, it can be a sign of procrastination and a way of possibly covering up fear of wanting to move forward.

What is Fitness to you?
I believe everyone must do some level of activity, some kind of fitness that keeps them active and contributes to their Energy balance
As humans we are going to die so I feel its our responsibility to mitigate that process as much as possible
I believe Fitness is also a big part of Self Development in people, however I think it can be mislead by some of these fake profiles on social media and people are being confused by looking at people with super athletic bodies or showcasing a performance which makes them feel inadequate. This can cause problems and ultimately put people off even trying, as to be like that takes a huge amount of sacrifice.

Part of progress is sometimes taking a step back or accepting a failure or set back.
This can also be indirectly, part of progress, it can also be a way of learning valuable lessons that no one can teach you.
The thing is, during these times, it can be easy to give up or let a Negative perspective take over that makes you give up.
As long as you don't give up, changing direction or taking a step back isn't failing....failing is only when you Choose to give up on what you believe in

Last week I see a post on Facebook from someone claiming to be coach and talking about taking people on a development 'Journey' and this got my back up a bit!
Self Development development isn't a Fucking 'Journey' its a Process!
The 'Process' sometimes isn't easy, physically or emotionally, its a serious commitment that is about Growth and making change and also isn't always one way or as easy as people make out.
Its different for everyone
Im all about the TRUTH, and I feel that a lot of people sugar coat a lot of theory or waffle, that people buy into because it sounds good or looks fashionable to have a coach to try a 'new journey', Which is pointless and serves no one.
Im passionate about this, as I feel that it causes confusion with people and keeps them still, which underlines the problems that cause unhappiness and ultimately the root of Depression

No-one likes to Fail, why would we? However its all part of moving forward and our framework to improve.
Without a Challenge or Failing form time to time, we would never build the knowledge and key skills needed in order to achieve what we want.
Sometimes a fail can give us an enormous amount of perspective and self awareness we need sometimes, which is absolutely key to you moving forward.
No one can teach you this, also remember, if we couldn't ever fail then life would be extremely easy and we would all have what we want! Failing makes us stronger!
