Jeff Cayley is the walking spirit of adventure. He’s an entrepreneur, a mountain bike legend, and a passionate explorer of our natural world. He’s also someone I plan to do an adventure race with someday!

Mike Kinner is a beautiful force of energy.  He's a devoted family man, a visionary entrepreneur and a passionate pioneer of play.  He's committed to a powerful mission of unlocking the best in others, by reminding them of what really matters.

Emily Gindlesparger is a masterful storyteller.  She's a writer, an author, a coach, and a wildly courageous leader. She's also a hiker, a mountain biker and a fellow advocate for nature.

Ryan Levesque is one of my favorite people to learn with.  He's an intentional father, a proven entrepreneur, a seasoned investor and a regenerative family farmer.

He's also an extraordinary thinker, which shows up every time I invest time with him.  He distills information, ideas and thought models into clear and relevant concepts.

Brandon Lee could be easily labeled a genius, which is appropriate given his focus on creating "Genius of You" - a new age assessment that helps you identify and maximize your natural genius.

In this episode we discuss Brandon's pathway into the genius world, which started from exposure to the Conscious Leadership Group.  He shares how he discovered a powerful gift of helping people identify their genius, and the unique occurrence of "demand pull."  Then we discuss some of the genius types and how they support people by following their energy.

Jim Hughes is a soul of adventure, play and guidance.  He's a world-class coach, a seasoned explorer and a source of inspiration.  Jim has the gift of making me belly laugh one minute, and then quickly shifting into holding space for the deeper, real conversations.

This was one of many experiences rooted in Mike’s mission to restore connection in the world.

I appreciate Mike for his humility, wisdom and curiosity.  He's a seeker, like me, who’s passionate about helping people discover their truth.  I share a lot of common alignment with Mike, so this episode was like catching up with an old buddy over coffee.
