Our sharing them, is part of our healing process, and also a step towards removing the shame and isolation around commonly encountered traumas.

We are not alone in our trauma and it does affect our decisions, life paths and partner choices. Let's talk openly and honestly, show up for those who can't, and start to change the narrative for trauma survivors.

On The Power of Us, Lindsay & her wife Christine share what they found most helpful for them: Dropping the shame and secrecy and having honest conversations about topics like sexual abuse, parenting as queer parents of a blended family, failed marriages, generational trauma and the political landscape, because how could we not?!

There will be a lot of laughs, and Lindsay will most definitely cry, but maybe help each other along the way.
