Throughout the day, we pick up a lot of energies that clog us up.  

Often we pick up negativity, fears, judgements or even just thoughts and beliefs from other people, from things we hear and from stuff we see on social media and tv!

All of that results in STUCK ENERGY.

When we have stuck energies in our bodies, it's really hard to listen to our inner guidance, our intuitive thoughts.  It's also harder to stay regulated with our emotions and in control of our thoughts.

We want to CLEAR ourselves of all of THAT energy, so that we can start to be fully aware of what is OURS.  That awareness is key.

Doing this meditation daily, will help to rid you of that which no longer serves you.
