Nevada Partners is the lead agency for the West Las Vegas Promise Neighborhood, a bold, place-based, collective impact initiative working to reduce structural inequities that exist along the fault lines of race in key life domains such as health, education, employment, housing, and social justice.
The West Las Vegas Promise Neighborhood (WLVPN) is conterminous with the federally-designated Southern Nevada Enterprise Community, a collection of nine high-poverty census tracts that include the City of Las Vegas and the southwest corner of the City of North Las Vegas. Roughly bounded by Cheyenne Avenue to the north; Rancho Boulevard to the west; US 95 to the south; and Interstate 15 to the east, Nevada Partners is located in the heart of this low-income area and is both a site and strategy for building a healthy, sustainable community where all residents achieve their full potential.
With over 50 multi-sector partnerships organized into five pillars, we are committed to (1) establishing a common agenda and shared measurement, (2) advancing policy, (3) building a continuum of cradle-to-career solutions, (4) expanding organizational capacity, and (5) scaling up proven and effective solutions.
