PART 2 of 2 - This mini series tackles the problem of pain, why bad things happen, why God may allow them in our lives, and how to deal with them. This second half of the series delves more into the practical things you can do as a Catholic to respond to the seemingly meaningless suffering in this world, how we can handle it ourselves and be a light to others. Finally the guys discuss the role and power of prayer when it comes to intercession and the things going on in the world today.

PART 1 of 2: After two consecutive hurricanes hitting the US, and Hurricane Irma hitting all of Florida, the guys sat down to discuss one of the most common questions to Christians: Why do bad things happen? With some insight and experience from the saints and Church Doctors, the guys tackle this tough question along with some practical advice on how to live through the trials of life and help those around us suffering.

To tie together our episodes on Men, Women, and the gift to each other, we brought on Practical Catholic new comer Laura Blythe to help us discuss how the roles of men and women can interact and complement each other. As brothers and sisters we are called to lift each other up and use the individual gifts we have for the kingdom of God. Most importantly, the team answers the final daunting question from YCP: can men and women be friends?

Wrapping up our series on the sexes, Jess returns to interview the guys about authentic masculinity. This episode the guys get a little deep, a little vulnerable, and a little spiritual talking about what men today are lacking in the culture, but more-so what both men and women need to do to save it.
