  • Episode 13: Dumber Than a Post

Isaiah 6:4 NKJV - "And the posts of the door were shaken by the voice of him who cried out, and the house was filled with smoke."

Before he died, King Uzziah had become arrogant and prideful—he became careless and casual about the things of the Lord. After the King died, Isaiah saw the Lord and the glories of Heaven...and saw the door posts move under the power of God.

The title of this podcast alludes to this question: Are we dumber than a post or are we still in awe of the presence of God? How carelessly do we treat the things of God? The posts moved under the presence of the Lord. Are we moved?

Join Pastor Jeff as he asks these questions and more.

  • Episode 12: If We Hold

One of the great strengths of the 1st century church, in the New Testament: they knew what they believed and they believed what they knew. By remaining strong in the faith, we will be unshakeable when faced with trials and tribulations..

In this episode, Pastor Jeff discusses the importance of holding true to our beliefs. So many are falling away and turning their backs on God, but now, more than ever, we need to hold steady.

    Will you hold steady?

  • Episode 11: The Miracle is in the Breaking

Brokenness is God's gift to you.

Does that sound counterintuitive? It's not!

During the Last Supper, "the Lord Jesus took some bread and gave thanks to God for it. Then he broke it in pieces and said, 'This is my body, which is given [broken] for you. Do this in remembrance of me.'" - 1 Corinthians 11:24 NLT

Jesus gave himself to be broken, so that through that brokenness, God can build us up.

Listen as Pastor Jeff discusses how our biggest trials can be God's biggest gifts to us!

  • Episode 10: Prayer That Spares

Intercessor: a person who intervenes on behalf of another, especially by prayer.

In today's episode, we look at Abraham's intercession for Sodom and Gomorrah and how—through his prayer—he persuaded God to spare the cities from destruction if 10 righteous people were found living there.

God waits for intercessors. Many things God has entrusted into the hands of His believers, to intercede—to plead with Heaven—on behalf of others.

Listen as Pastor Jeff breaks down Abraham's example and how we can apply those principles to our own prayer life.

  • Episode 9: You Can't Afford NOT To!

What is the one thing you can't afford not to do? PRAY!

While it may seem obvious that professing believers should pray, it's also one of the most neglected aspects of the Christian walk.

Listen in as Pastor Jeff goes over why prayer is something we as Christians can't afford NOT to do.

  • Episode 8: Perfect Peace

In this week's episode, we are discussing Perfect Peace.

Isaiah 26:1-4 KJV - "In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah; We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks. Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in. Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength:"

It is God's will for you to walk daily in peace. Listen to learn more.

  • Episode 7: Jesus' To-Do List

When Jesus became Emmanuel (God With Us), He had a specific list of things to accomplish while on the earth. I call this Jesus' to-do list. Though our personal or professional lists may seem important to us, they are trivial compared to the magnitude of what Jesus needed to get done.
Listen as I cover several things that were a "must" for Jesus to complete before He could return home.

  • Episode 6: The 3 Tactics of Your Enemy - Part 3

satan desires the worship and devotion that belongs only to God. He’ll even attempt to make a bargain with you to get it. He tried to convince Jesus that he could grant him all these kingdoms if he would only bow to him. You might be thinking that you would never bow to the devil, but what do you bow to? If you’re not bowing to Jesus Christ, the devil has what he wants. That’s because whatever doesn’t worship God serves the cause of satan!
