Some truths refuse to disappear. We can silence parts of ourselves for years. We can make them smaller, quieter, more acceptable. We can learn which truths are welcomed and which threaten love, approval or belonging.

And still, something continues breathing beneath the surface.

Lilith has often been remembered as the rebel, the outcast, the dangerous woman. In this audio Reflection, I explore another possibility.

What if Lilith is not fundamentally the rebellious woman?

What if she is the irrepressible woman - the part of us that may be silenced, rejected or exiled, but can never be entirely erased?

We explore the movement from recovery into reclamation; why acceptance built upon self-abandonment is not true belonging; the deeper meaning of Sacred Wildness; and what happens when remembering who we are is no longer enough – because, eventually, what has been remembered asks to be lived.

A question for your own remembering: What part of yourself have you spent your life trying to make more acceptable?

And what if she never needed improving? What if she has simply been waiting for you to choose her?

Lilith does not ask us to become wilder. She asks us to become truer to ourselves.

Perhaps that has always been the wildest thing a woman could do.

We live in a culture that encourages us to become more visible: more confident, more expressive, more certain, more willing to be seen.

But what if radiance doesn’t come from becoming more?

What if it emerges when we no longer need to hide?

Not everything forgotten was simply forgotten.

Some parts of us disappeared because keeping them once felt more dangerous than losing them.

There is something about the Moon that asks us to slow down.

In this episode, I explore the first archetype of Remembrance Astrology: Venus.

Modern astrology often describes Venus as the planet of love, beauty, relationships, pleasure, attraction, values, and money. Yet the Venus we encounter in mythology is far more complex than the polished goddess we have inherited. She is sovereign, wilful, passionate, contradictory, creative, and deeply connected to desire.

What if love and beauty were only a fraction of who she was before we forgot the rest?

Through the lens of Remembrance Astrology, Venus becomes something more than the archetype of relationship. She becomes the archetype of sacred desire – the part of us that remembers what we truly value, what nourishes us, what awakens our aliveness, and what our soul has been longing for beneath layers of conditioning and expectation.

In this conversation, I explore how cultural narratives can shape our understanding of archetypes, why I believe Venus has been softened by history, and what becomes possible when we reclaim the forgotten goddess beneath the familiar one.
