City Garou, or "Urrah", are often spoken of with scorn by their more rural relatives, but as the cities grow ever more plentiful and bigger, it is becoming increasingly apparent that ignoring the cities will leave the Garou at a massive disadvantage.

It is no secret that the werewolves, with some exceptions, shun the city, for it is anathema to their nature. Yet as the world speeds towards the Apocalypse, more and more of them begin to realize that it is in the Concrete Jungle where the final conflict will be held.
