Ellie is a self-love mentor based in Byron Bay. She helps women break free from self doubt to create a life of happiness, reckless confidence & unshakeable self love.

Being in the fitness industry from a young age, Ellie knows what it’s like to have a swayed opinion and not so healthy relationship with body image, self worth and a controlling mentality. This deep low fuelled her passion to immerse herself in the self development industry.

Self love alchemy was born when Ellie realised that through every trial and hardship that presented itself, the core underlying need was a sense of integrated self love. SELF LOVE ALCHEMY MENTORSHIP: The Oracles 

ARRRHHh, trauma responses, we have all been there. Seriously though, we have... 

To me, your adult self is the ever wise and present part of you that operates with perspective and presence. Some may call it your true self or higher self. Others may call it the one who can order a Starbucks without breaking down.

Gridlock or "stuckness" is the process that occurs when two sides of your personality are fighting for presence. The side that desires to live a normal life and the side that is operating out of trauma/fear/limiting beliefs.

What blocks your Adult self from emerging is simply fear. Fear diminishes the functioning of the prefrontal cortex. Allowing the sympathetic nervous system to drive our reactions. In turn, triggering a Fight, Flight, Freeze, Submit and Attachment Cry response (Yay Trauma response)  

This episode touches upon each reaction that we can get oh so sucked into and how to "Unblend" these sub personalities. 

As per usual, this episode will be relatable, practical and ridiculously honest. This episode is dedicate to the guy or gal who has the courage to Unblend and ask for help.

Helping them navigate the medical realm with a “I am built to do hard things” mindset.

Self love is a widely talked about topic, rightly so. However, I believe that Self love has a whole lot more to it then a face mask or two (Don't get me wrong, I indulge in Masks as a self care practice myself and will continue to!) Self love is a continual return and embracement of who you are, right as you are, in this moment. Im just here to gently remind you of your own inner essence.
