This Thanksgiving, we slow things down.

Episode 5 — “Before & After” is a special one dedicated to my late father and to anyone who’s ever lost someone who meant everything.

In this episode, I read messages sent in from people all over the world, sharing how life felt before and after losing someone they love. Some are heartbreaking. Some are healing.

I open up about my own story, losing my dad, the lessons he left behind, and how grief has a way of teaching you to be thankful for memories more than moments.
