  • 66 - How To Sell In Your Webinars Without Feeling Salesy with Colin Boyd

If you know you want to fill your group coaching program but at the same time, you hate the idea of actually having to sell it...

Or worry about coming across as pushy... or salesy...

This podcast episode is for you.

In this episode I interview Colin Boyd, creator of Sell From Stage Academy and author of the brand new book, One Presentation Away. His strategies can help you whether you're presenting in virtual webinars like I do or on live stages and in person workshops.

Colin is a mentor of mine and has made a huge impact on how I sell my program confidently and with integrity, in a way that really feels good to me.

    In this episode you'll hear:

    • How Colin went from doing free 1:1 coaching to building a multimillion dollar expert business
    • How to let go of the fear of not being good enough as a coach so that you can move out of feeling stuck and into your purpose
    • How to move past the fear of feeling "showy" in your business so that you can step into leadership and truly grow your business- your audience doesn't need the "1.0 version of you"- they need the 2.0.
    • Tips for avoiding being salesy and pushy... and how to structure your presentations for stronger conversions

If you know you want to sell your program with webinars, this episode is a must listen!

  • 65 - What I’ve Learned from Creating 6+ Group Program Outlines in a Month for Clients

One of the key ways I'm supporting my clients to design signature programs this year is by co-creating results focused program outlines. My clients love this level of bespoke support and in September, I created 6 program outlines for 6 unique businesses.

And you know what I've noticed?

Even though they are different businesses, the challenges people faced were similar. Some could see the final vision of what they wanted to create, but they felt lost in the details to actually getting it off the ground. Others knew it would work 1:1, but when they went to do it in a group format, they just couldn't imagine how it would look (and actually work) in a group.

The way to let go of these challenges? A clear process to create your program outline.

    In this episode, you'll hear:

    • Why program outlines are key to creating the right program and feeling confident selling it... without wasting time
    • The main mistake I see people making when they map out their program content- and why it can leave you feeling stuck in the idea phase
    • My top 5 recommendations when creating your program outline

  • 64 - Want More Sales? Streamline Your Offer Suite

If you're anything like I was, you're focusing a lot of your energy on making more sales in your coaching business.

And new sales are obviously... awesome.

But I wonder... what if you're overlooking the power of repeat sales as a coach?

Or if you're focusing so much on creating new offers for your same audience... rather than creating offers that naturally flow together?

That is the power of an Offer Journey!

    In this episode, you'll hear:

    • What I mean by "Offer Journey" and why it will make you more sales (it's more than an offer suite)
    • The difference between a horizontal or vertical Offer Journey, and which one is right for you
    • How to start mapping out your own offer journey so you know where your programs could fit with your existing 1:1 or done with you offers

  • 63 - How to Renew Your Clients (Without Feeling Awkward) [The Renewal Series]

One of the keys you might be overlooking to fill your programs more easily?

    Renewals!

It's so much easier to sell to an existing client rather than a new one- I've read it can even cost 5x more to acquire a new customer than retaining an existing one.

Now, I personally don't see it as "acquiring a customer" but when you can include renewals in your program rather than always looking for new clients, you'll be able to fill your program more easily, make your revenue more consistent and deliver deeper transformations for your clients.

All of that is awesome... but how do you actually make that work in practice?

In this series, we're diving into renewals and retention- how to structure your program for renewals, how to position and sell your renewal offer, and how to improve your retention rate.

    Listen to Part 1 here.

In this second episode on Renewal Structure, you'll hear:

    • The 3 renewal mistakes that will massively impact conversions
    • How to position your renewal offer so your alumni know it will be valuable for them
    • If you should price your program differently for renewals
    • How and when to talk about renewals (without feeling awkward or pushy about it)

Now that that you have an idea of how to position and sell your renewal offer, what can you do to increase your retention rate? We'll dive deeper into it in Part 3!

And, if you'd like support on structuring your program to offer renewals too, Signature Program Design could be a great fit for you. DM the the word WAITLIST and I'll send you more details!

  • 62 - How to Structure Your Program for Renewals (While Still Being Valuable for Alumni) [The Renewal Series]

One of the keys you might be overlooking to fill your programs more easily?

    Renewals!

It's so much easier to sell to an existing client rather than a new one - I've read it can even cost 5x more to acquire a new customer than retaining an existing one.

In this first episode on Renewal Structure, you'll hear:

    • The 3 keys to making more money with your signature program (and this last one is often overlooked!)
    • The benefits of having renewals for you AND for your clients
    • If you should have a separate cohort for alumni, or if another model might work better for your business
    • The renewal mistake that makes alumni check out (and how to set up your program so they're still getting value)

Now that you can picture how you might structure your program for renewals, in Part 2 we'll look at how to position and sell your offer. Should you price it differently? Should you offer something different or special when you renew? How should you actually talk to your members about renewing? We'll dive deeper into it in Part 2!

And, if you'd like support on structuring your program to offer renewals too, Signature Program Design could be a great fit for you. DM the the word WAITLIST and I'll send you more details!

  • 60 - How I Structure My Days, Weeks, and Months as a Coach and Mom Running a Signature Program

Are you building your business alongside car naps, school pick ups and soccer practices?

    Me too!

I often see business coaches share how helpful it is to have a 2 hour morning routine, or how hard they needed to work to get them the freedom they have in their lives now.

That is just not my reality, and if you're reading this, my guess is it isn't yours either!

Since I've started, I've had a few different business models: lower ticket digital products, a membership, done for you work, group programs... and I have to say, running a Signature Program has been by far the most supportive model I've had as a mom.

    In this episode, you'll hear:

    • My monthly routine to bring in clients regularly, without a stressful launch
    • My weekly routine to balance client delivery, running the business with marketing and sales
    • My daily routine and how I run my business and pick up my kids from school

If you've ever wondered how other mums in business are running their days, or are curious to figure out how to make a schedule that works for you and your family, this is the episode for you!

If you're listening, you likely want your program content to be really impactful... to really make the difference you usually make when you're coaching one on one or in a group.

And the mistake you might make in doing so...

Is adding too many modules... which can actually take away from your clients getting results.

In this quick episode, you'll hear:

    • Why adding too many modules can actually stop your clients from getting the transformation, and what to do instead
    • Why it's best to start with less content, without sacrificing the core elements your program structure needs
    • How to teach a topic that comes naturally to you, without overdoing it

  • 57 - The Invisible Strategy To Creating Consistent Income In Your Business

Why is it that in some programs, people around you can get fantastic results and more sales... while others don't?

Now sometimes you might think it's their audience size, or their niche, or that they know that you don't.

    And yes, that matters!

    But there's something beyond that.

Something that explains why the same person, with the same audience size, the same niche and the same knowledge can launch the same program twice with very. different. results.

And honestly, without understanding this principle, no strategy or marketing plan will work to its fullest potential for you.

    In this episode, you'll hear:

    • How most entrepreneurs (and most people really) operate, and what successful entrepreneurs do differently
    • Why applying this to your life will make a drastic difference on your income, regardless of the strategy you choose
    • 3 practical ways to apply this principle to your own business
