Lizzie Muse joins The Mezz for a rare, non-musical conversation to talk all things Kundalini! We go over everything from Mantra to Mudra, Kriyas and Meditations, and more. Meditation instructions: sit in a comfortable seat (e.g. easy pose or by sitting on your heels), take your right hand and place your right thumb on right nostril (make sure fingers are pointing towards the heavens), breath deeply in and out through your LEFT nostril; set timer for 1 minute and see how you feel
