It's fun to reconnect with folks you've not spoken with in a long time. The Love Course was one of the most impactful and important experiences of my educational life and Stephen Banno taught it! He also created the class and he's writing a book about it! He joined the program today to talk about gratitude, getting uncomfortable, why music is a great tool to help us achieve long-term sustainable happiness, finding joy during the pandemic and more.
