This week we backflipped into the CGI sewers of 2012 to check out an episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The episode follows some startling revelations about Splinter's origins, a sexy pistol-toting tiger & surprisingly decent action for a kid's show.

Sam has also been reading Jeff Vandermeer's Southern Reach trilogy, and tells us all about the Annihilation sequel Authority. Meanwhile Lewis has been watching Netflix's saddest (and perhaps best) animated series, Bojack Horseman.

We've also both watched the 5th episode of the current Star Wars tv programme which is called Ahsoka, and we discuss all those Anakin moments along with our predictions for next episode.

To get our minds ready for the mysteries of Poirot's latest case A Haunting In Venice (2023) we've gone back to the start of Kenneth Branagh's murder-mystery trilogy with Murder on the Orient Express.

Join us as we discuss the massive cast of potential murderers, whether the murder plot actually makes any sense & why Poirot has that stupid, stupid moustache. And join us next week as we paddle into Egypt to take a look at a murder right on the bloody Nile of all places.

This week we've delved into the deep waters of Netflix's new releases to watch an episode of Spy Ops. The episode follows the CIA's attempt to recover a sunken Soviet submarine at the height of the Cold War, including all the hiccups & speed bumps along the way.

Meanwhile Sam has been watching Brad Bird's animated classic The Iron Giant, as well as blood-drenched 'Dracula-on-a-boat' horror The Last Voyage of the Demeter. Meanwhile Lewis has been to see Jurassic Park on the big screen for the film's 30th anniversary, as well as watching another giant monster stomp around in 2021's Clifford the Big Red Dog.

We've also both watched the 3rd & 4th episodes of Star Wars' Ahsoka, discussing how this series stacks up against other recent Star Wars outings & if it's worth watching without Rebels.

This week we watched an episode of the 2000's British sitcom My Family, but unfortunately this episode is a clip show from Season 9. Join us as we try to make sense of the barrage of one-liners, reminisce on our different experiences with the show & wonder if clip show episodes can ever be good.

Sam has also been watching Tom Cruise run on a train in Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One, and Sacha Baron Cohen do some pranks on Americans in Borat Subsequent Moviefilm. Meanwhile Lewis has been playing various video game consoles over the eras via the Power Up exhibit at the Science Museum, and watching Brad Pitt run on a train in Bullet Train.

We've also both watched the first 2 episode of the new Disney+ Star Wars show Ahsoka. How accessible is this for a non-Rebels fan? How's the action? & what are our hot hot predictions for the next episode? Tune in to find out.

This week we've ventured into the unexplored past of 2016 to join Sir David Attenborough as he relives one of his earliest expeditions in the form of a 1971 documentary. Attenborough travels to Papua New Guinea to explore an area untouched by outside influences with the hopes of meeting some of the local tribes.

Sam has also been watching Michael Bay's sleeper hit Pain & Gain, featuring The Rock's best on-screen performance & Mark Wahlberg's last good performance. Meanwhile Lewis went to see Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem on the silver screen, and tells us all about it.

Jason Statham's back with a vengeance and this time there's 3 The Meg's to deal with (plus a giant octopus). Can he survive using only his wits & martial arts skills?

This week we watched the fourth and final Project Shadowchaser film starring the patron saint of the podcast Frank Zagarino. This time round the Zagman plays an unstoppable ancient android awoken from a dig site in Africa, who will stop at nothing to get his cosmic doohickey back from a pair of hapless archaeologists.

Sam has also been playing a bit of the old Playstation 5, watching the disappointing last 3 episodes of Netflix's Witcher season 3, and enjoying John Boyega & Jamie Foxx in They Cloned Tyrone. Meanwhile Lewis has been watching a bit of Paramount Plus including Zoey 102, as well as finally finishing the 60s in his decade-spanning Spotify project.

This week we decided to take on a new netflix documentary series in the form of Top Secret UFO Projects: Declassified. This 'Ancient Aliens'-style series delves into the history of various UFO sightings and makes up a load of nonsense along the way.

Sam has also been playing the new Legend of Zelda game Tears of the Kingdom, as well as reading Jonathan Hickman's sci-fi western East of West. Meanwhile Lewis has started watching FX's award-winner The Bear, and gives us his thoughts on the most stressful comedy out there.

This week we return to everyone's least favourite Mythbusters spinoff for an episode which sets out to tackle a series of heists, varying from impressive to embarrassing.

Join us as we do our own (much better) rankings, discuss how bad the hosts are this time & decide if any of the stories are actually heists at all.

Sam has also been watching the new eleventh season of Futurama, and gives us a rundown of his first impressions. Meanwhile Lewis has been watching Danny Boyle's Beatles tribute Yesterday.

We've also both managed to watch the entirety of Marvel's Secret Invasion and give our rundown of the series as a whole, trying desperately to find bright moments in an altogether dull experience.
