This week 10 Thursday Night matchup is going to be a good one, possibly the best of this 2020 season. The Colts with their win loss record 5-3 are right were they were this same time in 2019. Coming off of a demoralizing loss against that new Baltimore team. For Indy, Q.B. Philip Rivers was supposed to be the difference maker to push the Colts over the hump. Tennessee Titans are coming off of a victory (6-2) in week 9 against the Chicago Bears, if only Chicago could get their offense to a championship level like their defenses. This is a AFC South division game as well for the Titans and Colts. In an upside down year because of the pandemic, the AFC is the same, upside down. Houston won't be contending for this division for a few seasons, so the question is which of these teams want to claim this AFC South Division mountain?

The New England Patriots were to finish their game last night against their rivals the New York Jets. I called my upset pick of the week last Thursday and I would've had that call out if it wasn't for veteran quarterback and a former Super Bowl champion Joe Flocco tossing the win away with a LATE game int. to New England. 9-5 in week 9 which was a huge bounce back from a week 8 .500% of 7-7. Onward and upward as the week 10 shows are a-coming the next few days starting with TNF IND. @ TEN.

The most recently dubbed game of the year for the 2020 last night ended up being a nightmare that Brady & the Buccaneers needed to wake up from extremely fast. The Buccs didn't and they 38-3! This was the battle for 1st place in the NFC South Division and the Buccaneers squander their chance to split the season series as they lost to New Orleans in week 1. Drew Brees, Taysom Hill and their defensive coordinator had an interstellar plan to defeat the Buccs last night. All the credit goes to the Saints, their leaders, head coach and I acknowledge the Saints fan base as well. I truly thought the Buccs were the real deal, well now we all know and so does the AFC.

So many injuries on the 49ers side of the field last night as they put forth their best efforts to break .500 in a good way. Instead Aaron Rodgers and the Packers decimated the 49ers for their 1st win against the 49ers in his last 3 trys. 1st win in California in the Packers last 4 trips. 34-17 was the final score and appears even without Lazard at reciever and William's at running back for the Packers, Rodgers does have some weapons offensively to toy around with. The Packers run defense allowed on 55 yards and I'm 1-0 to start week 9.

Yet another MNF snoozer in a matchup between to bad teams with a combined win loss record of 2-13!. The Patriots really miss Brady right now and they're 2-5, the Jets aren't a threat to a high school football team right now as they winless record 0-8 is just sad. Here's to Jets quarterback Sam Darnold and Patriots new Q.B. Cam Newton giving us a show or game to remember for years to come this first Monday Night in November.

Tom Brady and the Buccaneers have to win Sunday Night's game against their rival. The Buccaneers lost in week 1 to the New Orleans Saints 34-23. Drew Brees is battling a sore shoulder and the Saints acquisition of former Buccs linebacker Quan Alexander won't be a factor for this 2nd and final 2020 regilar season matchup. The Saints are desperate to win as if they do, they're on top of the NFC South with 1 game left against the Panthers, a team they defeated 2 weeks ago and 2 games left against a lost Falcons team. Their path to the 2021 January tournament will be made.

The Cardinals are as explosive as any other team in the NFL in 2020. Their defense has gotten a lot better as well. The Dolphins hold the number 1 ranked defense in the NFL in points allowed per game. A shutout against the Jets in week 7 before a week 8 bye week will allow you to sky rocket up the rankings. The Dolphins also defeated the Rams last week allowing only 17 points. Can Dolphins head coach Brian Flores put a defensive plan together for Cardinals 2nd year Q.B. Kyler Murray is the question though.

Big Ben is visiting the city of big D this Sunday and Big D as in Dak won't be on the field unfortunately for the Dallas Cowboys. #4 vs. #7 won't happen in 2020 and may never happen unfortunately, unless the Cowboys have a significant worst to first 2021 season and meet the Steelers in the Feb. 2022 Super Bowl, nevertheless this Sunday will be a slaughtering of sorts for the Cowboys fans, the Steelers may even be able to drop backups on the field. Take that Mr. J. Jones and hire a REAL general manager sir!

Philip Rivers isn't walking through that door anytime soon Chargers fans. And besides, Justin Herbert looks real good as the future quarterback for the Los Angeles Chargers! The Chargers defense is the issue and they're the Falcons West Coast. The Raiders won a defensive game on the east coast last week against the Browns amd they're 3 games behind the Chiefs in the win column. A win against division rival Chargers this Sunday at 4:05pm eastern should help them out, a lot.

Matthew Stafford just reported as covid-19 positive (possibly) so now this means the Minnesota Vikings have an easy win on Sunday with an easier road to week 10 right? I wouldn't be so certain as the Vikings are riding a ridiculous high after their week 9 victory over the Packers. The Lions hung in there against the Colts in week 8, so now again the question is will franchise quarterback Matthew Stafford start or not? Chances for the Lions coming out victorious in this 1 goes downhill if Stafford is benched because of a covid-19 testing gable.
