Host Itzel Giron speaks to the Democratic Challenger Beto O'Rourke and how he hopes to help college students. Annabella Mireles talks about the importance of fact checking, Emily Autumn Velasquez gives your week five NFL recap, and Emmanuel Rivas Valenzuela talks about the struggles of non-citizen voting during election season. 

On this episode of The Prospector Podcast, host Itzel Giron gives her review on the movie 'Don't Worry Darling. It's a new semester meaning a new podcast season! With new host, Itzel Giron, The Prospector Podcast might sound just a little bit different but the Miner perspective is still there. On this week's episode, Itzel Giron talks to KTEP News Director Angela Kocherga about the announcement of them receiving three Edward R. Murrow Awards. The Prospector's new Arts & Culture Editor, Meagan Garcia interviews students on what they think about the Minerpalooza headliner, Tequila Rock Revolution.
