  • Where Are You Creating Urgency When You Really Crave Stillness?

Where are you creating urgency when what you really crave is stillness?

In this episode of The Prosperity Frequency, Isabella reflects on the modern pressure to be constantly reachable, constantly responsive, and constantly available simply because our phones are always within reach.

Texts. Calls. Emails. Messages. Business requests. Approvals. Notifications.

It can start to feel like everything needs an answer right now.

    But does it?

In this episode, Isabella shares a real-time realization around her own slow mornings, her growing team, and the way instant productivity has started sneaking into the beginning of her day. What began as “just checking in” became an energy leak — a subtle pattern of starting the morning in someone else’s momentum before anchoring into her own.

This is a conversation about boundaries, nervous system safety, leadership, business, responsiveness, and reclaiming your right to begin the day in your own energy.

    Because your peace matters.

    Your stillness matters.

Your energy is for you first.

And sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is let the message wait.

  • Happy Cancer Season: You Are Not an Instant Pot

    Happy Cancer Season, baby.

In this episode of The Prosperity Frequency, Isabella explores the emotional medicine of Cancer season and why this is the perfect time to soften, feel, release, and let the tears come.

So many of us have been conditioned to hold it all together, but your body is not a pressure cooker. You are not an Instant Pot. You are a living, breathing, feeling human being, and your emotions need somewhere to go.

This episode is an invitation to stop shaming your sensitivity, release the pressure valve, and honor the wisdom moving through your body.

Because when we give ourselves permission to feel, we give the people around us permission to feel too.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for your nervous system, your leadership, your relationships, and your prosperity is simple:

    cry it out, baby.

  • The Problems Get Better And This Too Shall Pass

In this episode of The Prosperity Frequency, Isabella explores the truth that life will never be completely free of problems, but the problems can get better.

As we continue doing the work of bringing our lives, bodies, businesses, relationships, emotions, and purpose into deeper alignment, the challenges we face begin to shift. They may not disappear, but they often become less emotionally charged, less destabilizing, and more logistical.

The goal is not to reach a life where nothing ever goes wrong.

The goal is to become so connected to yourself, your purpose, your nervous system, and your inner truth that the inevitable problems of life no longer knock you completely off center.

In this episode, Isabella reflects on balance, seasons, emotional charge, self-connection, and the reminder that whatever you are moving through right now is not forever.

    This too shall pass.

    You are in a season.

And everything eventually returns to balance.

  • It Was Never About the Lawn: OCD, Perfectionism & Choosing Your Energy First

In this episode of The Prosperity Frequency, Isabella shares the very real, very human story of losing her shit over the lawn.

What started as “just trying to keep up with the yard” turned into a full-on ugly cry breakdown, a deeper look at perfectionism, and the realization that the lawn was never really just about the lawn.

It was about the pressure to make everything look good from the outside.

It was about old family programming around appearances, keeping up, and making sure the parts of life other people can see look polished and under control.

It was about trying to keep up with the Joneses while quietly dropping the ball on the things that actually mattered: her health, her energy, her workouts, her podcast, her business, and her own nervous system.

In this episode, Isabella talks about OCD, perfectionism, outsourcing, marriage, asking for support before you hit a breaking point, and what happens when you realize your energy has to come first if you want to move the needle in your life and business.

Because sometimes the thing you think is the problem is really just the portal.

And sometimes the most aligned business decision you can make is hiring the lawn service.

  • Teaching Your Body to Expect Good Things

Absolutely — here’s a polished podcast description in your voice:

There is something powerful about leaning into joy on purpose.

In this episode, I’m talking about joy as both a manifestation practice and a nervous system practice — a way of teaching your body that good things are here, that life gets to feel beautiful, and that more goodness is safe to expect.

This conversation was inspired by a deeply joyful moment in my own life. I picked up my nieces and nephew to come stay with my family for a few weeks, and on that very same day, my piano was finally delivered after being in storage for the last 10 years. So now my house is filled with the sound of music and the laughter of children, and my heart feels incredibly full.

I share why I believe moments like this matter so much — not just because they feel good, but because when we become intentional about experiencing joy, fulfillment, beauty, and presence, we begin to create more of that energy in our lives. We teach our nervous system to expect goodness. We become more available for the kind of life we actually want to live.

This episode is about joy, intention, fulfillment, and the quiet power of letting good things in.

  • Purpose, Potential, and the Medicine Only You Can Deliver

What if rising to your potential is not actually about pressure, performance, or becoming some bigger, shinier version of yourself?

What if it is really about answering the call of your purpose?

In this episode, I talk about the discomfort that so often comes up around potential, and why I believe we need a new frame for it. One rooted less in anxiety and achievement, and more in dharma, purpose work, and the unique role your soul came here to play.

    Your voice is not random.
    Your gifts are not random.
    Your agency is not random.

There are specific people in this world who are meant to be reached by you — in your voice, through your lived experience, through the medicine only you can deliver. And that is why your purpose work matters.

This is a conversation about leadership, self-responsibility, and the moment we are living in right now. Because we are at a unique point in history, and now is not the time to keep hiding, minimizing, or postponing the work you came here to do.

The world needs more people willing to rise, speak, create, lead, and offer what only they can offer.

If you have been feeling the call to step up, trust your voice, and take your purpose work more seriously, this episode is for you.

  • Navigating Forgiveness, Acceptance, and Mother’s Day

On this episode, I’m sharing from location on Mother’s Day as I reflect on the most challenging relationship of my life — my relationship with my own mother — and the ways forgiveness, acceptance, and healing have unfolded over time.

This is a conversation about the mother wound, about what it means to process pain and resentment, and about the kind of healing that does not always erase the past, but can soften its grip on the present.

I also reflect on the healing that happens across generations. Because of the work I have done, my daughter will not have to carry the same wounds I carried. And that, to me, is one of the most meaningful forms of healing there is.

This episode is also an acknowledgment that Mother’s Day can be tender, complicated, and painful for so many women for so many different reasons — whether you have lost a child, long to be a mother, carry grief around your own mother, are estranged, are navigating complicated family dynamics, or are simply moving through this day with heaviness in your heart.

And beyond all of that, I talk about one of the most important relationships we can ever have: the relationship with ourselves. The way we mother ourselves. The way we tend to the younger versions of ourselves who still need love, tenderness, safety, and care.

This is a gentle reflection on forgiveness, acceptance, grief, healing, and the sacred work of becoming the woman who can hold herself with compassion.

  • Dream Interpretation , Perspective, and Manifestation

I woke up from a wild dream and started reflecting on how much perspective shapes the way we interpret everything — our dreams, our life experiences, and the meaning we assign to what happens to us. In this episode, I explore the idea that perspective may be one of the most powerful keys in both interpretation and manifestation.

  • Money as a Reflection of Your Inner Landscape Shadow Work, Receiving, and Healing Your Relationship With Money

Money will always reveal your inner landscape.

In this episode, I’m talking about money as shadow work and the way our relationship with money can expose old wounds, limiting stories, and unconscious patterns around worth, safety, and receiving.

I share a recent realization from my own life: that even though I’ve often felt magnetic with money, I’ve been most comfortable receiving it in ways that feel familiar, legitimate, and easy to justify inside conventional business structures.

Which means the deeper question is not just, “Am I open to receiving?”
It’s: What kinds of receiving still feel safe enough for me to allow?

This conversation is about authentic receiving, conditioned receiving, money stories, self-worth, and the healing that becomes possible when we let money reflect back the parts of us that are still asking for awareness.

  • The Jungle Is Calling- When Purpose Fills the Space Attachment Used to Occupy

Could I actually be living in Costa Rica by next winter?

That is the question I am exploring in this episode.

What once felt like a distant dream — maybe a year or two away, maybe someday — is now starting to feel a lot more immediate. I’m talking about the practical and spiritual pull I feel toward Costa Rica, and the very real question of whether the life I’ve been imagining might want to happen sooner than I thought.

I share why this place has had such a hold on me ever since I first visited in 2011, and why part of me has never stopped wondering, why was I not born in the jungle? There is something about that environment that feels deeply right in my body — the humidity, the lushness, the wildness, the way my sinuses feel better there, the way my whole system seems to soften and come alive.

But this episode is about more than Costa Rica.

It is also about what has changed inside of me.

For a long time, I felt okay with the idea of staying in Alaska forever. This is where my history is. My family’s roots are here. My community is here. My people are here. But I have reached a place in my life where my identity is no longer attached to people, places, and things in the way it once was.

    And that has changed everything.

I talk about what it means to become so filled by your own soul, your own purpose, your own creativity, your own artistry, and your own aliveness that you no longer need relationships in the same way you once did.

Not because you are numb. Not because you are disconnected. But because you are no longer starving.

For me, what has filled me up is not marriage, motherhood, or external stability — even though people love to project that onto women. What has filled me up is the only thing that ever truly could: my own soul. My purpose work. My creativity. My writing. My podcast. My channeling. My connection to the unseen. My art. These are the things that make me feel alive.

And because of that, I no longer look to other people the way I once did to energize me, sustain me, or make me feel full.

This episode is about the jungle calling me deeper. It is about detachment. It is about soul fullness. It is about what happens when your purpose fills the space attachment used to occupy.

If you have ever felt called somewhere you cannot explain, or if you are realizing that the life force you used to seek outside yourself has actually been waiting inside you all along, this episode is for you.
