This is such an incredible piece of advise that at some point in your professional career you will have to put into practice. Nobody can sustain the same level of max creativity every hour of every day. If you find yourself doing that it's important to stop, take stock and make sure your still putting out your best material. If it's not your best material or you're not ENJOYING your work then it's time to take a break.

This episode is a really special one! Our host, Guy Jones, talks to Martyn Corbet and Murugan Thiruchelvum about what it is to build a successful writing collaboration.

They go into detail, using years of experience in the industry, as to what makes a partnership successful and what you can and can't expect from working with someone else creatively. Funnily enough speed is not often the answer. It can sometimes take longer for two talented composers to reach a point where they're BOTH happy. However, Martyn and Murugan seem to think that's where the magic of collaborations is born. Two heads are better than one, or more precisely, four ears are better than two!
