We are going to discuss the benefits of Meditation, guided meditation and subliminal technology used with guided meditation on tonight's show.

Stress reduction could be the key to meditation’s beneficial effect on health. “We know stress is a contributor to all the major modern killers,”.  More studies have shown improvement for fibromyalgia and even psoriasis in patients who meditate.

M.R.I. brain scans taken before and after the participants’ meditation regimen found increased gray matter in the hippocampus, an area important for learning and memory. The images also showed a reduction of gray matter in the amygdala, a region connected to anxiety and stress.

A special guest is joining us for our Saturday Night Show,  Louise Helene.  She is a second generation psychic, Tarot card reader, spiritual advisor, and author who has been working in the metaphysical field for over 30 years.
