Creative visualization uses the power of the mind, and is the power behind every successful person. Athletes have used this collective power for a very very long time.  It is a mental exercise that takes practice and a lot of people do not give it much attention while they are learning to meditate.  Of all of the new age techniques for manifesting our goals visualization is the least talked about, but it is one of the most important.
