What do they think of me?  How can we be ready for a beautiful future, full of unconditional love, if we don't know what love is?

On tonight's show Rosie is going to discuss Stress and it's effect on us.  Stress can be described as a feeling or state that occurs when the perceived demands on a person's life (emotional, social, financial, or intellectual) exceed the resources that a person has available or can call on.  In simple terms if you believe you cannot handle the demands currently placed on you, you will experience stress which has an immediate effect on your body.

A negative attitude will invariably gnaw away at your capability to fight, to seek answers or solutions, and to prevail against the presenting challenge. By remaining solution focused, you can train your brain to look for the positive aspects of the current challenge.
