Super Always are a band who have been around for a while in many different forms. The current line up consists of John - vocals/ guitar, Jackie - bass, and Mike - drums. They recently recorded tracks for a release planned for this summer. Check 'em out.

The guys from, Kingston, NY based metal band, Clover return to talk about their new album, tell some tour stories and talk about working with local label Manic Progression. Angelo Mosca from Manic Progression/Dead Channels also joined us to talk about the record biz and our mutual love of the music of Clover.

Ramon and I have been friends for about 30 years. He's one of my oldest and best friends. Ramon agreed to come over to the house to drink some beer and talk about how he got involved in The Sport. We sat down with John Luts from Ohs of Resistace and Electronic Chakra to discuss electronic music and the improvisational nature of the music he is currently doing. John builds all of his own electronic gear and can custmize pedals and amps to your specific needs.

BillXNye are a three piece (sometime 4 or 5 piece) grind/power science hardcore metal sometimes experimental noise improvisational group. The core concept behind the band and their music is science and facts over faith. Their songs are intense, noisy, dense layered and very challenging to the listener. They have multpile eps available on their bandcamp site and on mini discs available at their shows. They're very smart and passionate about what they are doing. 100 and Zero are a three piece punk band from Beacon, NY. They have 2 release over their three year history. Both releses are available on their Bandcamp page. They have played locally, NYC, and New England.

The Jukebox Romantics are a punk band from Orange and Westchester counties in New York. Formed in 2008, they tour and play locally frequesntly. We hung out with Terry, the vocalist and guitarist and Rob the bass player to talk about the formation of the band and how they got into punk rock. We also talked about the live experience versus a recording and the community of punks. It was a great way to spend a warm Sunday afternoon.
