In this episode Sarah is joined by Lucy Power, a Psychotherapeutic Coach Educator and The CPO of Omnis Education (formerly known as Beyond School). Lucy & Sarah discuss how finding personal purpose is intwined with getting to know yourself at a deep level. 

We're discussing the psychological impact of pursuing purpose. And exploring how when we go on a journey to deal with our trauma, the drivers we've inhabited due to our upbringing and the life lessons that have shaped us we allow our purpose to come to the surface.
