Toxic behaviors can be invisible, like a gas. Here are 4 examples of behaviors that seem good, but are actually harmful.
Talk to unbiased helpers instead of biased hurt people. It's easy to find someone who will have sympathy with your relationship problem. But it's hard to find someone who will help you build the relationship that will serve your life.
