How much energy do we bring into our daily lives? We often have invisible shades around us that prevent the light to come in and the energy of our soul to get out. When we can discover those blocks, we can then tap into the unlimited resource of our soul and shine brightly.
Once we have clarity on our values and talents, our minds and bodies can lead the way. However, if we can approach our days with positivity and also dig for the energy within, we begin to utilize all of our resources to their maximum potential.
Rosh Hashanah is the time to tap into the power of thinking. Thought is a constant process of using our mind to direct our lives. Do we know what our goals and values are? Do we know how to connect? Do we know what we can and can‘t control? Now is the time to take what we‘re doing and connect that spiritual energy and create new perspectives. Create higher dreams and higher standards and higher ideals of what this year can look like.
A pivot is the struggle of control. If we don’t get clear about what’s in our circle, we cannot adapt and pivot. The world is constantly changing. When we don’t change with it, it holds us back in living to our greatest potential.
Spirituality is a set of boundaries. The more we become ok with what we can control and what we can’t control, we start to look at life and the boundaries we set as opportunities for freedom and autonomy.
The challenge of autonomy is that we are always predicting the challenges of the move ahead of us. When our head and heart are focused on that which we can’t control, we lose the chance to control that which we can control.
When physical pleasure consumes our inner circle, there’s no room left for our spiritual desires. Understanding that what drives us to physical pleasure is about the anticipation of the pleasure itself, (which really isn’t true satisfaction), we begin to gain clarity to our life’s true potential.
Our values can give us a sense of deep satisfaction that get us towards mastery and connects us to others. We must be mindful of hidden blocks that are in the center of our circle. They pull us down like gravity and keep us from becoming great.
We’re so overwhelmed with processed experiences that our ability to appreciate the healthy things in our lives are dulled. If we can put the work into incorporating healthy things into the center of our circle (our lives) we can begin to taste all the real sweetness that life has to offer.
