When we slow down and ask ourselves “why,” we can unlock negative behavior and make better, healthier decisions going forward. When we experience conflict, it’s important to take a step back from the situation and check ourselves. Recognizing our triggers helps us feel empowered to interact positively with people instead of giving into conflict.
