In this episode of The Pursuit of Spirit, we turn inward and shine the light of awareness on a profound spiritual notion, which is the notion of self-acceptance. We discuss how self-acceptance is radical in the sense that, when you accept an aspect of your own individual self that you have disowned or repressed, you not only heal that within yourself, but you actually accept and heal that same thing in The Self, which we could call the Universe, or "the external world." So, it's not that when you make the internal shift to let things be as they are you are just accepting yourself - you are also accepting the Universe Itself, and vice-versa. This is Radical Self-Acceptance.
