A proposed ballot initiative to amend Prop. 47 is currently collecting signatures for the November 2024 ballot, and a new poll shows the top-two in the upcoming primary for Dianne Feinstein’s former Senate seat, with Adam Schiff well in the lead, but Republican Steve Garvey is in a solid second place, which is trouble for Katie Porter and Barbara Lee.
