Challenge number one: Making time.
I have a new health challenge to beat - hormonal imbalances. I will share how I go about finding the tools I need to beat this and I invite you to join with your own journey and to share your tools and thoughts to inspire and help one another.
In this episode I’m talking to Pete, who received a diagnosis of long covid and only by chance found out that his CFS symptoms are down to hormones. We recorded this episode in Dec. 2022, which was at the beginning of his hormonal treatment, and I’m happy to say that he does feel better since.
In this episode I get to talk to Pamela Rose, she suffered from ME/CFS herself, fully recovered and today she works as a fatigue coach to help others on their journey.
I teamed up with Helen Kimber from Hero Lifestyle. She is a nutritionist and yoga teacher. Together we decided to record an entire series about gut health, digestion, nutrition and anything else around the topic we think could be useful to discover. At first, we introduce how everything should be working in a healthy body. In later episodes, we will be diving into potential issues and illnesses.
