It's free agency week in the NFL! We're bringing you this episode after we spent the whole day with one of our best friends, Sam Darnold. We talk about the Elite 8 of offseason activities, the current state of NFL free agent QBs, and Sam opens up about his own upcoming free agency decision.

From beach volleyball to beers on the beach and golf to cold tubs, you'll get to learn more about what the offseason for an NFL QB looks like. Plus, Sam breaks down the most ridiculous reasons to make a sports graphic for the whole world to see, including a special appearance from his infamous mononucleosis graphic from his time with the New York Jets. 

Then, the conversation shifts to reflecting on his past year as a Carolina Panther, from the Baker Mayfield trade, to his own brutal ankle injury, to starting and playing well in the last 6 games of the season. We talk about the factors that go into his own free agency decision. Coaching and scheme, along with personnel, play a major role. Things like location, ownership, and more get factored in, but Sam is vulnerable about the fact that he's not in a position to be "too picky."

Lastly, we talk Kirk Cousins, Patrick Mahomes, and Marcus Mariota in the new Netflix documentary "QB", plus how Aaron Rodgers darkness retreat really isn't that weird of behavior for NFL QBs.

It took 24 episodes, but the elder Palmer brother has finally joined The QB Room. We know this is going to be mom's favorite episode, but for all the comments wondering why Jordan looks just like Carson Palmer....this one's for you.
