I was recently tagged in a post on social media that asked people about their spiritual healing journey with or without using sacred plants. 

I have vast experience with both, and instead of simply responding in a thread that gets lost, I decided to share my answer more thoroughly with you all here. 

Of course, as these things often go. I thought of a list of other things I wanted to share regarding this topic AFTER I recorded it. So, instead of cramming it all into one episode, it'll just have to wait until another day. So stay tuned for a second chapter on this topic.
