This week I bring one of my best friends onto the quarter life crisis podcast, Markus Pertz. This was the first time that I spoke to someone who had the traditional 9-5 job. 

So naturally we spoke about if he would quit his job to pursue his passion and ofcourse, I could not resist to ask the question if is your 9-5 job really worth it?  This was a fascinatingly different perspective on the 9-5, entrepreneurship and ofcourse finding your passion and purpose in life through a career. 

These conversations continue to suprise me as I develop new insights into how people are motivated by different things. Ofcourse we also take some time to talk through Markus' quarter life crisis.
