My amazing friend Eric Beschinski is an entrepreneur, business navigation consultant, speaker, and adjunct professor of business at Valparaiso University.
His higher purpose is helping others (especially small business and nonprofit leaders) find & fulfill their purpose then take their organizations to the next level.
The iNautilus™ methodology he developed over the last 14 years is designed to provide a visual, progressive, functional system of organizational navigation (strategy + execution). Eric combines his business and entrepreneurial background with a strong mind for details/numbers and an eye for the big picture to bring a holistic perspective to business and personal development.
My friend Michele Marshall is a multi-talented businesswoman who has excelled in the private and public sectors.
Throughout her experience in various industries, Michele noticed two primary skill sets every entrepreneur, business leader, worker, or aspiring professional requires to succeed - communication and customer service. These skill sets are built upon one key principle. When you treat people with kindness and respect you can change lives.
Her desire to create a space where people can strengthen their communication and customer service skill set led her to create and become co-founder of Authentic Voice, LLC. Authentic Voice is a communications training firm that guides its clients to become confident, polished speakers. In addition to speaker training, Authentic Voice offers customer service training to business owners, managers, and representatives.
Michele’s mission is to impact lives by cultivating opportunities for communication, self-expression, and connection that result in a win-win for everyone involved.
My amazing friend Kelly is a burn survivor since the age of 2 on 75% of her body. She found a way to go from near death to success, from the ugly scar-faced girl to the TEDx stage, not once but twice. A documentary about her life story, Still Beautiful launched on TV plus Goalcast launched a video that has over 10 million views.
Join us this week and meet Kelly!
Gather round Grasshoppers - this is the story of my wedding reception. There is a secret mission at the end, should you choose to accept it. #deepbotthoughts
