Oh how the spiritual manifestation law of attraction coaching peoples love to misinterpret what “ease and alignment” really means. So let’s chat about it. Mainstream, asleep, sheep people (sheeple :)) can say they want freedom and are in control of their lives all they want but the truth is they don't want to be free because freedom and sovereignty means they are then responsible for it all. They actually LIKE being controlled because there's always someone else or something else to blame. Why is knowing this and being aware of this relevant for the non-sheeple?

October 2019-July 2021… oh what a ride you have been! Let’s do a little reflecting and talk about what this rollercoaster ride has done to our nervous system and to our energetic and emotional systems as well.

Whether you are doing the micromanaging or being micromanaged, it feels shitty. If you’re aware of why it’s occurring, where it’s coming from, it creates the opportunity to shift it and choose to rebuild trust and relax into the desired results.

Collectively we are in the middle of a shift in how the masculine shows up in the world and what it means to us. Which means on a personal level we are experiencing a change in our ability to have clear purpose, make decisions, take action, communicate effectively, be supportive of the feminine around us, and so many other things. The initiation has begun… are you going to evolve with it?

The masculine in you and in your outer relationships is not responsible for making you happy or comfortable. Looking at where he feels it is his job or where she (your feminine) feels it is his job and is expecting it from him can be a game changer in your expansion. Keeping this dynamic in a balance as you mature and grow determines how smooth your journey is and at what pace you go.

It’s common to be doing all the mindset, healing, shadow, trigger, inner child work and still feel like the physical results aren’t happening for you. It’s common to feel like you just can’t get real traction in manifesting what you want. It happens because you’ve let someone else into the drivers seat.

You can’t fake or force your priorities. They determine your choices and actions and are a reflection of your values. So when you want to take different or new actions and make different choices, you have to look at the desires and beliefs that are underneath it all.

People pleasing, self sacrificing to show someone else you appreciate them so that they appreciate you, co dependence  OR  Ending things before they can hurt you, building up walls around yourself and always being the one to take control of everything.   Two sides of the same coin and boundaries get caught right in the middle.

Are you defiant or compliant?  Are you a stubborn rebellious bitchy or a good girl that always does what everyone else wants her to do?  Do you burn bridges easily or stay too long?  Defined heart or undefined heart center?   Your next level depends upon you integrating all of it and finding ALLIANCE within yourself.
