As a long time UFC fan, this was a particularly fun episode for me.

John has been the face of the UFC in the UK for 6 years and hosts Inside the Octagon with Dan Hardy. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge in MMA and it was great to speak with him about the upcoming UFC 249.

We also discussed how he's staying active during lockdown, family, watching Conor McGregor's ascension and his road to the UFC.

Films, frothy pints and fun times are what you're getting today.

A couple of weeks ago I sat down in The Rugby tavern in central London with a good friend of mine to do what we always do; talk shit, have some beers and discuss movies. It was just as the Coronavirus was entering the UK and we start with that.

Afterwards, it's off to the races. We go from Uncut Gems to Paul Newman, play a little quiz and I give Rick the "Inside the Actors Studio" questionnaire.
