Growing up in Winnipeg Nathan became a big Minnesota Vikings fan!  Despite living in an area where gang activity was part of regular life, he joined the RCMP in 2011 and then moved to the Edmonton Police Service in 2013.  His police career includes work in the gang suppression team, public safety unit, union/association director, patrol sergeant.
