Confidence isn't just a trait; it's a mindset, a skill, and sometimes, a struggle. We explore the multifaceted nature of confidence and uncover the tools and strategies to cultivate it within ourselves.
We'll unravel the myths surrounding confidence and unveil the truth behind its essence. Through personal anecdotes, and practical tips, we navigate the path to silencing the inner critic, embracing vulnerability, and harnessing the power of self-belief.
Step into your greatness, one confident stride at a time. It's time to rewrite the narrative of self-doubt and embrace the radiant confidence that is within you.
We explore the different stages of faith: creation, fall, and atonement and the experiences associated with each stage. At times, our personal journey through a faith transition may feel like a crisis but ultimately can lead to a transition or evolution of faith.
Many times, we don't allow ourselves to have questions or doubts as we feel this might be the opposite of faith. However, by embracing the process of questioning, exploration, and growth, we can find greater meaning, purpose, and faith along our spiritual path that leads us closer to God.

Stephanie grew up in an active Latter-Day Saint family and left the church around the age of 14. This choice came after being shunned by adults shortly after receiving a calling as the president of her young women's class. This sent her on a downward spiral of drinking which ultimately led to 15 years of alcoholism and an aversion to religion and spirituality.
She has recently found spirituality through an avenue outside of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Living in Utah where there is a high percentage of church members, Stephanie has found ways to connect to people and find community outside of a church setting. She hopes that we, as a community and society, can get to a place where we can bridge the gap between members and non-members. It takes effort from both sides.

“A ship is always safe at the shore, but that is not what it is built for.” - Albert Einstein
We're not created to sit at a metaphorical shore. We are created as social beings that crave belonging. A sense of belonging starts within us and our thoughts. However, social anxiety creates barriers when connecting to other people and inhibits growth in relationships. We explore ways to overcome those barriers and allow ourselves to flourish in a community.
What does it mean to be a good person? Oftentimes we get caught up in all the things we need to do to become "good" that we lose sight of the reasons we're doing them. In this episode, we explore how we can focus more on becoming rather than just doing.

Social anxiety starts before we even enter a social interaction. In this episode, we go through what's happening in our heads before, during, and after church. This keeps us from having the spiritual opportunities for growth and learning that could happen.
