    इन परिवारों में एक हैं गोरखपुर के सिकंदर निषाद. 29 जनवरी को महाकुंभ में उनकी मां नगीना देवी की मौत हो गई. लेकिन 25 लाख रुपए मुआवजे की बजाय 5 लाख रुपए नकदी यानी नोटों की गड्डियां दी गईं. सिकंदर निषाद के अलावा शैलेश सहानी, कृष्णा गुप्ता, सुषमा चौहान जैसे कई मृतकों के परिजनों को 5-5 लाख रुपए कैश दिए गए.
