The winds are gone, the lights are on and we are back with a very low key episode of the RWR Podcast. This week we discuss the updates from the Flooded New Smyrna Speedway (Recorded before the season ending announcement, We will discuss all that next week). With Ian baring down on the state we wanted to get a show recorded so you all might have something to listen to before things get bad. In this show we cover the Armadillo 100 event at New Smyrna Speedway, where a great crowd saw a pretty good race and a bunch of wild and exciting moments. We also discuss the mess that was the Nascar playoff Race at Texas Motor Speedway. Was it the worst race ever? New Smyrna Speedway was the only track in our coverage area to get their races in on another wet Florida weekend. They battled the rain that tried to interrupt the show and got all heat races and feature events complete. The drivers had to endure the heat of the afternoon and the weepers in the corners but they put on some great racing action!
