This week, we are on the road to a milestone as podcasters! As we inch closer to our 200th podcast episode, we sit down for yet another wild Radkast Ramble! On this edition, we get into a lively discussion about the classic computer game, Backyard Baseball! Who did we draft? Who did we avoid? How did we really feel about the inclusion of MLB pros?
This week, we rock, we roll, we RIFF! This edition of Radkast Riffs isn't so much poking fun at the movie itself, but the subjects of the second part of the acclaimed The Decline of Western Civilization documentary trilogy. It's a mix of rock legends who warn of the dangers of fame, and the delusional, absurd aspiring musicians lacking self-awarness, who crave it!
This week, the Radkast Ramble returns with some rip roarin' ribaldry! Are Arnold Palmer's just the golfer's bodily secreations? Was Rutherford B. Hayes the first President to immolate himself? Tom Selleck had a Major League at-bat?! All that, plus we plead with the media to not cancel Shakespeare, on this edition of the Radkast Ramble!
What's old is new again, and the Radkast is back baby! This week, we hit the ground running and guns blazing, as we ring in the show's return in a big way! On this edition of Radkast Rentals, we talk a film that some would consider a cultural touchstone. A movie so groundbreaking, so influential and moving, that even the Dali Lama would consider it a paragon of enlightenment.
Well dear listener, this is it. The Radkast is taking a bow and sending you out big! For the Series Finale, the Twinz welcome a guest who, without his help and guidance in their early days of podcasting, this show wouldn't have been possible! The man himself, Jake Austin, joins Matt and Steven, as the trio round out Jean-Claude January and talk the most iconic of all of JCVD's films!
It's the penultimate episode of the Radkast, and it is yet another entry into Jean-Claude January! This week, the first guest in the show's history, Tyler Stricklan, makes his final appearance to help the Twinz talk repression, regeneration, and a whole lot of high tech military mayhem!
On this week's installment of Jean-Claude January, A wide-eyed young women travels to New Orleans in search of her missing father. However, she realizes she is in for more than she bargained for, and it'll take a mulleted JCVD as Cajun sensation Chance Boudreaux, to get them out of the cross hairs of a deadly game, and through the Bayou alive.
It's the home stretch before the Series Finale of the Radkast, and the Twinz are looking to kick this last month off in a big way. In case you missed the last few episodes, the guys are going to send the show out right by showcasing films from the "Muscles from Brussels" himself, Jean-Claude Van Damme!
This week, the Twinz round out the Holiday season with a bona-fide Christmas classic! Jake Vehlewald returns as the trio talk a lovable cantankerous old man, a major award, and a little boy and his dreams of being a sharp shooter weilding a Red Ryder! All of these things, plus, the guys gush over what the movie truly means to them, and how much of an impact the film has had on the holiday season!
This week, it's a whole lot of Holiday-whobadee-whatty as the Twinz welcome their pal David Gresham-Port to the show to talk the premiere Jim Carrey Holiday classic, How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The trio express the connection the three of them share with film, their favorite parts and perfomances, and they talk about how a fleshed out backstory is a good thing in understanding the character of the Grinch. Tis a truly lovely family heirloom!
