We’ve all been there, our sweet little baby that we adore, does something that infuriates us so much that we question our own life choices. We love our babies and would never do anything to hurt them but they can cause rage in us that we’ve never experienced before motherhood arrived.

So what is exactly “Mom Rage”? Well, It’s a term for the unrestrained anger many women experience during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

In today's episode of Motherhood Unfiltered, I'm sitting down with my friend Jessie Ereddia who is a life coach that helps moms manage their rage and overcome it. Jessie shares tips and tools to help mothers go from less angry to more patients and empowered. We also have an honest and real conversation about the role shame plays in our lives and how psychology can be biblical.
