Continuing from last week, we discuss the topic of therapy in general, but then dive deeper into our own personal experiences surrounding it.  We share stories and feelings about what we’ve learned about ourselves (good and bad) through the therapeutic process.

As 2022 comes to a close we celebrate our 100th episode and reflect on past content, including how far Calista has come in her transition. With 2023 upon us, we also set positive intentions and aspirations for the new year.  How can we improve ourselves personally and professionally?  What types of content should we focus on moving forward?
