We focus on the weekends events, tell you it's not worth surfing today and talk to Shona from the Old School, Steph from Inside Your Mind and Phil McCabe from the Green Party.

A busy morning in the studio as we look at an artist bench with Dallas Mihinui, the upcoming Freedom2Fly festival and we check out what's happening at the Environment Centre. Plus we have the What's on Guide and a pretty ropey surf report.
