Dr Paul Hubbert is the founder of the Institute for Holographic Sound and Inner Balance. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Psychology,  is certified in Hypnosis and Grief Recovery, and is an Addictions Recovery Coach. He is also an intuitive counselor who works with the healing vibration of sound and music in its multidimensional, holographic form using vocal toning and crystal singing bowls, blending both traditional and conventional methods.

Paul teaches throughout the US and internationally. He has co-created and shared the stage with many leaders in their fields including Gregg Braden, John Bradshaw, Tom Kenyon, Alton Kamadon, Drunvalo Melchizedek and others.

This was by far one of my favourite episodes to record, and it was deeply moving and activating. It’s also kind of my “coming out in all my spiritual weirdness" episode, as you’ll hear me share towards the end.

I must be honest in that at the start of this conversation I felt somewhat sceptical, as you may well too, because we start with a bang as Alana shares that she is a walk-in soul. But once we got past that mind-bending concept, so much of our conversation was deeply resonant for me, and I felt like I was talking to a kindred soul.

Our conversation ranges from Alana’s near death experience, her work in spiritual coaching, the work she is doing in Egypt to assist women in activating their purpose - which brought me to tears as I shared a bit about my own experience in Egypt - to what you can learn from fantasy books and even mainstream media (I bet you never expected to hear me say that.)

Alana Aviel is a renowned channel, guide and strategist who developed and teaches profound practice for creative genius, life mastery, and autonomy.  Her primary focus as an Objective Observer in the Quantum Field is to shine a light within the individual to become an absolute embodiment of their true self as the divine and to become witness to their own mastery and continued evolution.

You may have already heard me sharing about my health struggles due to breast implant illness, and my decision to remove my implants last year, and my subsequent recovery from the mysterious illness that had plagued me for 4 years. After my experience I knew that I had to speak up about this condition, even if it helps only one woman to figure out why her body, and her life, is falling apart. 

It was a bit more challenging than I had expected to find someone to interview about this topic! I guess a lot of women are not yet ready to talk about it so publicly, and the women who are, and have the knowledge and the confidence to be interviewed, are incredibly busy people as they have dedicated their lives to helping the hundreds of thousands of women worldwide who are experiencing this condition.

And so I am very grateful for this conversation with Amanda Porta. Known as the Holistic Beauty Coach on Instagram, Amanda blends her love of aesthetics and natural health to help her clients achieve optimal results. She has worked in all areas of the beauty industry for 20 years and has trained under some of the best practitioners in the US. 

In her twenties Amanda developed BII. It took her 7.5 years to realise why her health had deteriorated so badly, and finally to explant. After detoxing and healing, she is now in better health than ever, at the age of 49.

Amanda has found a niche as a patient advocate for women going through Breast Implant Illness. Thanks to her own experience, and by teaming up with a plastic surgeon to create the first “holistic breast team” She has advised thousands of women around the world from celebrities to athletes to prominent businesswomen and supported them through this contentious, emotional and ever growing health crisis.

Contortionist, social media scientist & world record-holding foot archer ran away from the circus to pursue a life of freedom as a content creator.

Garnering massive audiences of between 30-60 million views per month, she covers a range of topics from Bitcoin, foot archery, health & wellness & shares a bit of comedy in between.

Shannen and I had a roaming conversation about diverse topics ranging from recovery from veganism, to feminism, to creating freedom through new ways of earning money which are not tied into the old linear paradigm of dollars per hour.

Our overarching theme was really about a process many people have found themselves in over the last few years - one of waking up to the fact that the current systems are broken - they may have worked for a time but we’re in a big shift right now - I know you can all feel it - and our next step as humanity is to decide how do we want to play this game of life moving forward - shackled to the old paradigms, blinkers on, and bowing to these crumbling systems, or flinging our arms out, eyes wide open, to embrace the newness of what we choose to create next, with a good dose of humour thrown in? Today’s guest is Udo Erasmus, founder of Udo’s Choice and author of the book Fats That Heal Fats that Kill, which has sold over 250,000 copies.
