Friendships, bonding and connections are immensely crucial. Some are taken seriously, while others are over looked and shunned. The disrespect within friendships reveals the true intentions of how they view/care about you. That energy should be used to uplift and praise one another whether it be friends or family. In some cases, we’re blind to the manipulation & don’t realize how draining it can be to the bond; also one’s self. So are they there for you or for themselves?

SHOW LESSTaking anger is a strenuous objective that’s essential for one’s character to have balance. Understanding our anger is an argumentative process that’s necessary for us as individuals to evolve. Anger can make one’s world dysfunctional, the relationships we cherish with others suffer from the blinding rage; if not managed properly. Similar to love, our animosity is so blinding that from the inside looking out; we’re expressing our feelings onto another through force. Therefore by allowing our animosity to take control, it’s isolating us into a downfall; that only we can climb out ourselves. So how exactly do we conquer anger?

With the multitude of variants that love could present itself as. What is love and what makes it real?

When the idea of a New Year comes to mind we tend to think of profound ways to invigorate  ourselves into a new. In order to do so we find that all our experiences/choices be the source of self reflection in order to change for a knowledgable purpose. The desire for new challenges starts to become priority to ameliorate the best one can be. The journey of self empowerment that waits in all requires self reflection as we are an energy that can only start from one's self mind and being, Collectively let's learn and grow in real time in order to understand the power of self love as well as reflection.
