We take the transition to enter a new year and we ask ourselves, what have I done the past year? This is a healthy thought, yet most times wee can feel hesitant for what is next. We think the next step to growth is a grand gesture, that it happens to be what happens on the outside from us or it's what we do. Let's say you accomplished everything you've wanted in the past year, now what? In this episode let's talk together about the number 1 habit you need for you then to solv all your problems, when you have this habit you will then become unstoppable.

What did you think of this episode, any thoughts?
It's that time of the year when we start reflecting how this year concluded and thinking what's the next step for next year. We often think about the actions we take, but we don't put awareness of our surrounds, such has the items we posses and the people that are around us. In this episode we speak about looking at this in another level, an spiritual and energetic level. This allows us to pay attention to energy and how it responds back to us. Coming into the new year we want to only allow energy that serves us for the better. There is no need being around energy that does not reciprocate, not everything nor everyone needs to have access to our energy. #newyear2026

Around the holidays , we can get worked up, literally. We can be working, being around family, and worried about having a great holiday. I mean who doesn't want a good holiday or even a good day in general. It's important to recognize a lot of our stress comes from societal expectations and how hard we can be on ourselves. In this segment, I encourage you to give back to yourself. I always say "when you are giving something, you are also letting go". It all starts with how we think, and then how we feel about what we are thinking. Around this time of the year, let's be mindful that we are only one person and no one should hold it against us, let's stop the people pleasing and start speaking up for ourselves so we can be happier and more healed. Let me know what are your thoughts.
Blessings, Angel Rios

Taking an hiatus was a smart move but at first it didn't feel like it. I started my Master's Program in Social Work and I have learned a lot about how I should be taking it on. Although I have done plenty of reading and writing research papers, in hindsight I have built some skills and habits along the way. Most of all I know I shouldn't be dreading it, because I take away from the experience. The time I had gave me clarity of myself as a professional but also as an individual. I'm feeling refreshed to speak more of what I've been learning in order to navigate through challenges, break down stigma, and build an experience we can appreciate! Glad to be back family 🤞🏽

Life isn’t about chasing every quick fix or tip to succeed—it’s about learning to pause, trust the process, and see the bigger picture. Challenges aren’t roadblocks; they’re proof that you’re growing and stepping into new levels of your life. When things feel forced, it may be life’s way of guiding you toward something greater. Stepping back, reflecting on your progress, and embracing each hurdle with patience can turn struggles into stepping stones toward your true purpose.

Kashawn Sanders, the Co-founder of a non-profit Follow My Steps with his co-founder and close friend Tyrone Williams. I had the pleasure to meet with Kashawn out of seeing his vision and had honorable advice and myself has applied them. It is good to have one of my mentors also being able to explain to you guys about what does it mean to be accountable and how you can be the leader of your own life. Kashawn spoke about how he was once a kid overcoming personal challenges and change the narrative for himself. Kashawn gives actionable steps and mental tips in order for you to lead in the right direction and follow his steps to success!

We were told to believe our relationships should make us happy and now I disagree. You first need to find your own happiness from yourself and then share that happiness. You are not responsible for other people's happiness because that would always be out of control. A relationship is to share and give of what you already found within yourself and understanding that together. #enoughsaid

What did you think of this episode, any thoughts?
We've heard " I need space" before from someone and sometimes we don't know what that means. Everyone needs to have the opportunity to spend time with others and not feel that they are obligated to be with their partner all the time. Asking your partner the right questions will guide your relationship in the right direction. Space is healthy and it should not make someone insecure and if it does, we need to let that go.
