Setting boundaries comes with addressing it without stressing it. We get stuck at setting boundaries because we think about the other person and we say "it's okay" to not hurt their feelings or so we don't have to express our own. The challenge is when we feel uncomfortable we don't know how to communicate it properly. With experience and having a psychology background, here is something we should know.
