Bill Godfrey is a board member of the Crowfoot Range, a shooting range going into the Avimor development. The range has attracted much attention because the city of Eagle is considering making a donation to the non-profit to support its development. In return, Eagle residents would get discounted utilization of the range. This is in sharp contrast to an additional option for the city of Eagle, specifically finding roughly four million dollars to finish its own range. There is a lot to understand and I greatly appreciate Bill coming on to explain it. Enjoy!

Rod Beck is one of three Ada County Commissioners and came in to speak on power in Ada County. The county has engaged in many innovative projects, including methane capture from the landfill that generates power and profit annually. The commissioners are also considering whether or not private property owners on ag land should be allowed to put up solar panels on their land. These are complex issues considering existing zoning, our energy crisis, and our continuing loss of ag land. Enjoy!
